Mukesh Babu Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of 10% on the Equity Shares of the Company subject to approval of the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
