Mukta Agriculture Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that pursuant to the proviions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 of the Company''s Code of conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading in securities of the Company. The trading window for trading in securities of the Company will be closed from 1st April 2024 and will remain close till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024.
