Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of MCX, as the Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled on September 23, 2014, Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window' shall remain closed w.e.f. September 17, 2014 and shall open on September 26, 2014 (i.e. 24 hours after the information mentioned is made public).
