Munjal Showa Ltd has informed BSE that the following appoinments were made at 30th AGM of the Company held on August 26, 2015 :<BR><BR>1. Mr. Ashok Kumar Munjal, Director liable to retires by rotation has been reappointed as Director of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Matsui Masanao has been appointed as Director of the Company.<BR><BR>3. The Appointment of M/s. S R Batliboi & Company LLP, Chartered Accountants, Gurgaon as Statutory Auditors has been ratified.
