Murli Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, has Considered and approved resignation of Mr. Tarun K. Singh from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance officer (KMP) of the company and board also appointed Mr. Sunil Kumar Sharma as new Company Secretary & Compliance officer (KMP) of the company in his place.
