My Money Securities Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

The trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July 2024 till 48 hours after the Board Meeting which will be held for the consideration of Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2024 (both days inclusive).During the aforesaid closed Trading Window period, the employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relative or any other insider shall not trade in Company''s shares/ securities.
