This is to inform you that pursuant to regulation 30 read with schedule III of SEBI (LODR), Regulations 2015, Mr. Manoj Bhatia (DIN: 01953191), Independent director of the Company has completed his second and final tenure and ceases to be independent director of the company with effect from closing of business hours on 30th March, 2024.
