In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct read with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities shall remain closed with effect from 1st October, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of un-audited financial results of the Company for the half year ended 30th September, 2021
