Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd - Extension Of Time To Hold Annual General Meeting Of The Company

We wish to inform that the Registrar of Companies, Telangana, vide order dated September 16, 2022, have approved extension of time for holding the 16th Annual General Meeting for the year ended March 31, 2022, by 3 months i.e., up to December 31, 2022. Accordingly, the 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on or before the extended time limits.
