Nagarjuna Oil Refinery Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will be considering the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016 at their meeting scheduled to be held on May 12, 2016.<BR><BR>Accordingly, the trading window shall be closed from April 27, 2016 to May 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
