We wish to inform that in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and in terms of company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window of the Company for all Directors'', KMP''s, designated employees and their immediate relatives is closed on and from March 31, 2024 till the end of 48 hours, after the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2024 shall be intimated separately.
