Enclosed herewith a copy of the same along with a copy of Limited Review Report dated 14th February, 2023 issued by M/s B Nath & Co., Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company with respect to the above said Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022.
