Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 13th November, 2025 have inter-alia, approved the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025(copy enclosed) along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement as at 30th September, 2025 and Limited Review Reports on the above said Financial Results by M/s.
