Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on 29th May, 2024 have, inter-alia: 1. Approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024. 2. Recommended Dividend @20% on Equity Share Capital i.e. Rs. 1.00/- per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2024 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuring Annual General Meeting of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we are enclosing herewith: Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024 alongwith Auditors Report thereon.
