Trading window for the purpose of dealing in the shares of the Company shall be closed for all the Designated Directors, Officers, Employees and their immediate relative from Wednesday 01.10.2025 till 48 hours after the un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30.09.2025 are approved by the Board of Directors.
