We hereby inform your good selves that the Stock Exchange i.e. BSE Limited has granted Trading approval vide Letter No. LOD/PREF/SV/104/2023-2024 dated 08/06/2023 for the Trading of 30,22,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each issued at a premium of Rs. 35/- bearing distinctive numbers from 1648001 to 4670000 to promoter and non-promoters on Preferential Basis pursuant to conversion of warrants.
