Trading Window for dealing in Securities/ Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from January 01, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023.
