In furtherance to our intimation letter dated 30th January 2023, it is hereby informed that the application made by Narayana Health Institutions Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, under Section 248 of the Companies Act 2013 to strike-off its name from the Register of companies, has been approved by Registrar of Companies, Bangalore on 20th September 2023 and the name of the said company has been struck off and it is dissolved with effect from the said date.
