Narbada Gems and Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2014, have taken the following decisions:<br/><br/>1. The Board considered and approved the Directors Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report, Corporate Governance Report for the financial year 2013-14.<br/><br/>2. The Board considered and approved the date, time and venue of Annual General Meeting, the notice convening Annual General Meeting to be held on September 23, 2014.<br/><br/>4. The Board appointed Shri Ajay S. Shrivastava as the Scrutinizer for the purpose of e-voting of the resolutions to be passed for the Annual General Meeting.
