NARBADA GEMS AND JEWELLERY LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Narbada Gems and Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, has taken following decisions :<BR><BR>1. The Board considered and approved the requirement of entering into the revised Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchange, pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the same will be entered and executed between the Company and the Stock Exchange.<BR><BR>2. The Board accorded its prior approval for all the related party transactions to be undertaken by the Company, if any, for a period of two months.
