The Trading Window shall be closed from 1st July 2024 till 48 hours after the publication of Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 (Both days inclusive) to the directors, senior management and designated employees of the Company in terms of requirement of Model Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and circular No LIST/COMP/01/2019-20/ dated April 2, 2019. The Baord meeting for approv alof the unaudited financial results of the company will be held on or before 14th August 2024 and the date of the same shall be intimated to you.
