NARENDRA PROPERTIES LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Narendra Properties Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved:<br/><br/>1. No dividend was recommended by the Board for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. The Board also reviewed the new provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the revised Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement and authorized the MD to ensure compliance with the same.
