Natco Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 19, 2013,<br/>had considered the following items:<br/><br/>1. Proposal to issue of equity shares of 24,00,000 of Rs. 10/- each on preferential allotment basis.<br/><br/>2.
