National Aluminium Company Ltd has informed BSE that Shri G. P. Joshi and Shri S. S. Khurana, Part-time Non-official Directors of the Company have ceased to hold office w.e.f. September 15, 2014, consequent upon the expiry of tenure vide order dt. September 15, 2011 of the Ministry of Mines, Government of India.
