National Fertilizers Ltd has informed BSE that on attaining the age of superannuation Ms. Neeru Abrol, Chairman & Managing Director, National Fertilizers Limited has been relieved from the services of the Company in the afternoon of February 27, 2015.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, vide Orders dated March 02, 2015 of Department of Fertilizers (DoF), Shri Heera Lal Samariya, Joint Secretary, DoF has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director of NFL w.e.f. March 01, 2015 till further orders.
