National Fertilizers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 0.17 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each. No Dividend was declared / paid for the Financial Year 2013-14.
