National Fittings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2016, recommended a dividend of Rs. 2/- per share on 83,20,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each amounting to Rs. 166.40 lacs.
