National Fittings Limited - Board recommends Sub-division of Equity Shares

National Fittings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, has recommended the sub-division of Equity Shares from Rs. 10/- to Re. 1/- each subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
