National Fittings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on August 14, 2014, to consider the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from August 04, 2014 to August 18, 2014 (both days inclusive).
