National Peroxide Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Hanoz B. Chinoy, Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, has resigned with effect from April 20, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has appointed Ms. Seema Jagnani as the Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, w.e.f. April 21, 2015.
