National Plastic Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the trading window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 17, 2016 until 48 hrs after conclusion of Board Meeting for specified person as mentioned in SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) in view of the consideration of audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016 by the Board of Directors of the Company.
