This is to inform you that Board of Directors in the meeting held on 1st day of February, 2020 considered and discussed the following buisnesses:<BR> <BR> 1. Reviewed the Hon'ble Supreme Court's order dated 20.01.2020 and Hon'ble NCLT Guwahati Bench order dated 28.01.2020.<BR> <BR> 2. The Board has designated Mr. Arun Jhunjhunwala, Chartered Accountant as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 1st February, 2020 upon giving by him the requisite declaration of meeting criteria of an independent director as per provisions of SEBI(LODR) and the Companies Act, 2013.<BR>
