With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 09, 2014 regarding Board Meeting to be held on April 17, 2014, National Steel and Agro Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board will also consider the payment of final dividend on 55,01,022 Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each @ 4% to all the Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shareholders at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on April 17, 2014.
