Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to bring to inform that the one of the shareholder has reported to company about loss of his share certificate and requested the Company to issue a duplicate share certificate. The particulars relating to loss of share certificate are attached.
