Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to bring to inform that two shareholders have reported to company about loss of their share certificate and requested the Company to issue a duplicate share certificate. The particulars relating to loss of share certificate are attached.
