Natural Capsules Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>- Recommended dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity (Ordinary) share of Rs. 10/- each to the shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
