This has reference to the circular cited above issued by SEBI introducing a framework to identify corporates as Large Corporates (LC) upon fulfillment of criteria prescribed therein and requiring them to ensure consequent compliance. We hereby confirm that the said circular is not applicable to our Company (Nava Bharat Ventures Limited) as we do not fulfill all the criteria prescribed thereunder
