Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has received an intimation from KFin Technologies Private Limited (Company's RTA) today, i.e. on December 21, 2021 regarding loss of share certificates and issue of duplicate share certificates and in that respect, relevant details are enclosed herewith. Accordingly, duplicate Share Certificates shall be issued only after the necessary formalities are carried out. This is for your intimation and record.
