Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has received an intimation today i.e. January 25, 2023 from KFin Technologies Limited (formerly known as KFin Technologies Private Limited), the Company's RTA, regarding loss of share certificates and issue of letter of confirmations and in that respect, relevant details are enclosed herewith : Accordingly, letter of confirmations will be issued in lieu of duplicate share certificates only after the necessary formalities are carried out
