Navin Fluorine International Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received a request from NOCIL Ltd., a promoter group company seeking re-classification of its shareholding of 4,71,015 equity shares held in the Company from promoter category to non-promoter/public category. The said request will be placed before the Board of Directors for their approval.
