Please take note that in terms of "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" adopted by the Company read with SEBI Regulations and BSE Circular the Company has notified its promoters/ directors / KMPs and other designated persons that the trading window of the Company for the said specified persons shall remain closed form January 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023.
