Please take note that in terms of "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 including any amendment thereof, read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, the Company has notified its promoters/ directors/ KMP and other designated persons that the trading window of the Company for the said specific persons shall remain closed from October 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2025.
