NBCC (India) Ltd - Scrutinizer's Report

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company had provided remote e- voting facility to the Shareholders of the Company in respect of all the items transacted at the AGM held on September 18, 2017 at Manekshaw Centre, Delhi Cantonment, New Delhi - 110010. The remote e-voting period commenced on Friday, September 15, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. and ended on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. During this period, the Members of the Company holding shares in the physical or electronic form as on the cut-off date i.e. Monday, September 11, 2017 casted their vote electronically. The facility for voting through 'Ballot Paper' was made available at the AGM and the shareholders who have not casted their vote by remote e-voting exercised their right at the meeting. The voting results pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 along with Scrutinizer's Report are enclosed.
