NBCC (India) Ltd - Memorandum Of Understanding Between NBCC (India) Limited And RITES Limited

It is hereby informed that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has ben signed between NBCC (India) limited and RITES Limited on September 04, 2024. This MoU is aims to achieve the effectiveness of synergy and cooperation on a long-term basis to explore combined business interest in relation to the development, financing and execution of projects across India and overseas. The MoU is in the normal course of business of the Company.
