NCC Limited - Board recommends Dividend

NCC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholders in their ensuing Annual General Meeting have recommended payment of Equity Dividend of Rs.0.40 per share (@ 20% on Equity share of Rs. 2/- each) for F.Y. 2014-15.
