NCL Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd (IREDA) vide its letter dated April 22, 2016 informed that they have withdrawn their Nominee Director-Ms. Meena Gupta on the Board of the Company w.e.f. April 22, 2016 on account of repayment of loan amount.
