pursuant to Regulation 30, Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, this is to place on record that the members in its meeting held today i.e. on 11th October 2021, have approved following businesses viz.-<BR> <BR> a) Sub-Division of face value of Equity Shares from Rs. 2/- to Rs. 1/-;<BR> b) Issue of Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each in the ratio of 1:1 (i.e. bonus issue of 1 share for every 1 share held by members as on record date, which will decided in due course;<BR> c) Change in Memorandum of Association of the Company for giving effect of the agenda as stated above<BR> d) Seek approval of the members of the Company for the above referred items, by way of Postal Ballot Rues or EOGM.<BR> <BR> The meeting was commenced at 9.00 AM and concluded at 10.20 AM.<BR>
