Pursuant to Regulation 32(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby confirm that the Company has not raised any funds through Public Issue, Rights Issue, Preferential Allotment, Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), or any other means during the half year ended on 30th September, 2025 Accordingly, the Statement of Deviation or Variation in utilization of such issue proceeds under Regulation 32(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to the Company for the said period.
