The Board of Directors in their meeting held on November 14, 2022, have appointed Mr. Sushil Kapoor as a Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') of the Company. 2. Mr. Sandeep Goel has resigned from the post of CFO of the Company with effect from November 14, 2022. 3.
