Neelkanth Rockminerals Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In Terms of the Companies code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and report trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) regulations, 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed from 01st April, 2025 till the 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st March, 2025.
